How many overnight guests can stay?
Maximum overnight occupancy is 14 guests.
What are standard check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late checkout requires advance approval.
Can we host an event or gathering?
Events and gatherings require advance written approval from CJT. Tell us what you have in mind in the booking notes before finalizing the reservation.
Are pets allowed?
Pets require prior written approval and may be subject to applicable fees, limits, and house rules.
How does the direct-booking deposit work?
The current direct-booking setup calculates a 35% deposit based on the quoted total. The reservation is not final until the required booking steps are completed.
What is the cancellation policy?
Written cancellations received more than 14 days before check-in receive a 100% refund; 7–14 days before check-in receive 50%; less than 7 days before check-in receive 0%, subject to the booking agreement and applicable law.
Is parking available?
Open street parking is available. Detailed arrival and parking guidance is provided before check-in.
